Christmas Time
It's that time of year again. The Santa Claws Workshop and Melania Christmas Tree are again open this year. You can buy 1 of 4 presents for anyone in the game if they have room. Each player can hold up to 7 presents. You can buy presents now through December 24th. On the 25th you can being opening your presents through the 31st of the month. One thing to note is that the gifts you receive have all been doubled this year and if you receive something like a Dirty Sock, it will be added to your gift area unlike last year. It will not give negative reputation though. It's been another great year at Crimson Moon and we look forward to many more! Keep an eye open for a new Christmas quest added very soon. The first update was a quick upgrade to the vote system I completed tonight. This update has been a long time coming. Although the vote system was changed to use points a while back, it still used the old underlying vote system underneath.
Blood Bath: The Beginning on Crimson Moon
The Blood Bath Week has officially begun. Start right now till next Saturday you can attack anyone level 2+.
Remember the following:
Declaration limit on Clan Wars and new quest.
A 24 hours limit has been placed on a clan's ability to declare Peace/War to another clan. Once you declare a 24 hour countdown will begin and you'll not be able to change anything for 24 hours. This should limit the abuse of spawn killing if it was happening. Note that if you go neutral with a clan, you can still re-declare peace/war. The counter only starts when you declare peace or war. The quest area has be redesigned to allow more quests to be added. Completed quest links will now show a line through them. The new setup will only show one quest at a time. The reasoning behind the new quest changes is, we plan to add at least 1 new quest per week until a good number are present. We may add more as time allows. The first new quest is the Master Tools quest. More will be added soon. I wanted to point out as I was on PayPal the other day, I noticed they have drastically changed their layout. It's still the same secure site. Just redesigned. Keep looking for more quests in the coming weeks! DNew Mail System And Back 2 School Special
First, A reminder that the Back 2 School Crimson Coin special will be ending on Wednesday, so grab those extra coins while you can. Today the new mail system was released after several weeks of testing by VIP players. I would like to thank all those that participated and provided feedback. The new system is quite a bit different than the old in that it works more like a forum than a mail system in the background. You have a mail message and then replies to that mail message. This new design should help remove some of the extra clicking and also allow you to organize your mails easier. Keep in mind that this new mail system will cause some issue with old messages. We've tried to negate as many bugs as possible, but some could still be present. The full power of the new mail will be seen when creating new mail messages. The new mail system now shows your sent messages and received messages. These will always show in these categories based on if you originally sent or received the message. Any new replies will show with a flashing ball next to it. I could list all the changes, but I thought why not just show you. Keep an eye out for some new content this week as some extra time off should allow some new introduction of content into the game. We've not had much time over the weekend for any major updates, but we've managed to revamp the vote system using a new system for Vote Points that allow you to spend those at the new Minsky's Vote Rewards. Now rather than just energy, you can buy several different items as energy may not appeal to all. More will be added as new features are released into the game. There is a vote reward in the works that will make all you battlers happy. Check it out! Secondly, we've got the Playlist.com Music Player revamped and back working. Everyone who had a working player should still have one. We've went through the process of adding a playlist and found a way to make it work. It's a tricky process, so we took this time to fine tune and release our first video tutorial that describes the process.
